Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson will be charged in full to the card on file. Late cancellations may be rescheduled within one week of the original booking, subject to availability. A rebook link will be sent to you upon cancellation. Please note that payment will be charged on the date of the original booking, regardless of when the rescheduled lesson takes place.
No-shows will be charged in full with no option to reschedule.
Lessons cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start time are not charged. You can cancel anytime from the link in your confirmation email.
